McMountain & McDouble Quad

The McDonald’s McMountain.
Name coined by me 3 years ago in a reddit keto group. It consists of two quarter pound patties with a slice of cheese in between and one bunless McDouble on top, placed in a salad bowl on leaf lettuce, add 3 packets free mayo. The quarter pound patties are only $1.25 each when bought individually.

Then we showcase here in all it’s photographic glory, the
McDonald’s McDouble Quad. (Also named by me)
This McDouble stack is plain, cheese only. Order four McDoubles, no bun. They are $1.29 each. Guaranteed to fill you up. My McDouble Quad is calculated at 68 grams of fat, 67 grams protein and 6 grams carbohydrate (4 slices cheese, 1.5 grams carbohydrate each).
A thing of beauty in all it’s 100% beef, 100% real dairy cheese glory. Know the facts. It’s likely not locally sourced or grassfed beef… but it isn’t frankenfood either! Stop being such a chickenshit. Relax and enjoy life ya big weenie.

Needs bacon…

Wow, I’m guessing that’s all you need to eat all day. Looks yummy.

Carb macro: met
Protein macro: almost met
Fat macro: not even close. Lol

There is a local burger joint here that sports an “Off Road 4x4.” It looks similar when I order without the bun, although I guess I would have to double up to match this creation.

So what do you do the rest of the day, eat cubes of butter?

Mcdonald’s is famous for messing up orders. Be careful, yes they screw these up to. Had it happen when I order 2 double quarters, plain no bun through the app.

Though I haven’t been to a McDonald’s in 4 months now?, the first couple months on Keto I did. I didn’t worry about the small details then, and still don’t now. I just asked for no Ketchup, and simply fed the bun to the birds. Little bit of onions and pickle just adds flavor. Or if ya like, have them add a little Mustard. - But yep, Bacon would be nice indeed, but for the price, I can cook up a whole package when I get home if I was inclined.

That’s what we do. The buns always go to the birds.

Or squirrels.

The squirrels in my yard are now insulin resistant

Yes ma’am, squirrels too, or what else gets to it first. … But usually the birds hang out more, and if they see it being tossed, they get first dibs. … Actually, I used to piss some folks off sometimes too, because back in the day, I would purchase some extras to feed the birds in the parking lot while I ate my lunch. And Seagulls were pretty predominate, and can be quite fun to watch. And I always made sure the injured ones got something.
