Hiya! Yesterday I attempted to make mayo so I could make some Deviled Eggs… and I epically failed.
So I needed to improvise. Instead of Mayo, I replaced it with Kerrygold spreadable butter.
Definitely a bit thicker than normal Deviled Eggs, but made for a super replacement! It works great for anyone out there who still hasn’t mastered the art of homemade Mayo.
By the way, I found the spreadable butter at my local Publix. I’ve seen posts in threads before about them adding canola oil to make it spreadable. This package only has butter, however right next to it on the shelf there was spreadable Kerrygold with a line that said “With added Canola” right on the container, so it appears both exist.
