After starting my keto journey on May 20th I stepped on the scale for only the 2nd time today and am THRILLED!! 25LBS DOWN!!!

Wow congrats! What’s an example of daily meals your doing if you dont mind me asking?

Cauliflower rice and zuchinni noodles are my favorites. I eat lots of cucumber, avacadoes, bell peppers. Salads with full fat dressings, steak, cheese. I dont have a set break at work so I find myself grazing on veggies and cheese throughout the day. I have some sugar free jello if I get a cravig for somethig dessert like. I also dont eat after 8pm so Im usually going around 14 hours fasting
