Matcha literally means powdered tea. It is a special kind of powdered green tea that is grown and bent in Japan.
Reviews of matcha and its mechanisms have extracted a feast of advantages, displaying that matcha may also help to defend the liver, promote heart fitness and even aid in weight loss.

Is anyone here, who got such experience if your answer is “YES” then kindly share it with me. If your answer is “NO”, then I am suggesting you to use it and I realize that you will not get worried from it.

I sometimes make matcha with healthy fats and heavy cream as an alternative to keto coffee, it’s good with added cinnamon too. Can’t say I’ve noticed any benefits specifically but it tastes nice.

@Annapet has some good insight on this. I’m sure she will chime in on her next visit.

I’ve used it during the couple times I tried to ditch coffee. It’s yummy, and I think it makes me feel better than coffee does.

Matcha is awesome they are baby green tea leafs!

Helps kill bad bacteria in the gut too and it also tries to kill (strangle) the little tiny microcirculatory blood vessels that feed the growth of cancer cells!

I’ve purchased this several times. It’s a usual tea bag. I don’t see much of a difference between it and green tea… but I’d drink it anytime! :grinning:

I would question Lipton, I think they extract all the good stuff out of it and sell it to other supplement manufactures before it goes in the tea bag?

@atomicspacebunny that’s one reason I don’t take it too seriously haha

I get a type like that for my regular green tea. It’s a mixture of tea leaves and matcha powder so it’s less caffeine and not as “creamy”. I like it more than brewed leaves only. For some reason it’s easier in my stomach. I do recommend trying straight matcha as it’s so tasty and satisfying:) I drink it every morning.
