Mass murder averted

Last week I asked about my mood and how dangerous I was! Well I stuck with it and here I am 8lbs lighter and almost safe to be with. I was still eating a bit of chocolate every evening but that stops today. No idea if I am in ketoses but lost 8lbs who cares

If you are losing weight and gaining health benefits then do what works for you.

That is awesome! I warned my family and friends too when I started and no one was injured, lol. Congrats!

It took me about a week of keto to realize how toxic my diet used to be. What I once believed were physiological and character defects, I now know were caused by processed foods. I’m now a better person, not just to others, but to myself.

I moved in with my nearest and dearest relatives when I was about six months into ketosis. I am very proud of the fact that they are all still alive. :+1:

A good thing about Keto is that once you’re adapted, your blood sugars are stabilized, which leads to fewer mood swings. Nowadays, if I snap at someone it’s almost always due to repressed stress, not because my blood sugar is going on a rollercoaster ride throughout the day.
