I missed this, as an ex Manc, I would have recommended Fazenda - which is a rodicio/meat served off spit/skewer to table style restaurant - Fazenda is City Centre though, Airport/Whyth are outskirts…
Fazenda in Spinningfields is IMMENSE. Meat sweats are guaranteed.
