Went for a mammogram this morning - the last one was two years ago, before keto. After the first couple of scans, the technician double checked my name and then asked if I had lost a lot of weight. Apparently “the girls” were significantly smaller than the last time so she was momentarily confused. Being top heavy, I don’t mind that loss
