No matter what exercise you do, create a set amount of time. When i started running, I scheduled myself 30 minutes twice a week to exercise. I did this because I wanted to make it a priority and that I wouldn’t have an excuse of not enough time. Some days I would use all 30 miunutes, other days I would get my shoes on and stare at them for 20 minutes but that was pre-keto.
The point is to set aside time and stick to it. Eventually it will become a habit.
