I tried to make that once… it was a hilarious disaster.
Basically was too small after cooking and the time it took to make even 1 tiny bacon shell was ridiculous.
I don’t thInk I have the photo anymore but it was a baby taco. :rofl:

Precook in oven to render and to have less shrinkage. You’ll want to undercook it so the bacon is still flexible. Let it cool and then make your weave. If you have a sous vide, you can do even better than the oven for the first step.
