I’ve been all over this forum site so I may have missed some posts that answer my question, but I was wondering whether it is possible to eat enough magnesium to meet daily ‘requirement’ and remain true to the low-carb Keto diet?
I’ve been having leg cramps for the past week or two (in week 8 of Keto diet) and was just looking at nutritional information about magnesium (and calcium). Looks like many of the sources of magnesium are also carb rich . . . I am trying to learn to like salmon.
Advice?
