Mac's Pork Skins - How they are made!

I contacted the mfg to find out what these are fried in. Some of their labels for other products say pork fat. But this one does not, and this is a family crunch food.

This is what they said:

Greetings,
Thank you for your interest in our products.
All our products are fried in rendered pork fat.

These are a family favorite. They have salt and vinegar version and many others but the S&V has a small amount of maltodextrin in it.
