Hello, my girlfriend and i just startet keto a short tim ago and in her macros she is always under in protein (15-35 grams) and over in fat (20-40 grams) is that something to worry about?

No. Focus on keeping net carbs under 20g.

Ok thanks, she has her net carbs under 20. She is most of the time in 10-15 grams net carbs

In most situations those amounts aren’t enough to matter.

She did step on the scale this morning to check if she had lost something and in 5 days she has lost 1.7kg (3.7lbs) that gave us a little more belive we are doing this right!

She needs adequate protein. I can’t have much idea about her target protein intake or her need. Calculators usually give me such a tiny amount that if I went under it by 35 grams, I would barely eat any. Some people use percentages and that easily may be inadequate if the one in question eat little.
Going over fat is fine as long she feels right and it doesn’t keep her from losing, it seems it’s her goal.
Losing in the first week means very little, it’s probably mostly water (I don’t say you should tell it her, hope is good, whatever keeps her on track and you will see what happens later).

She does need adequate protein to protect muscle mass and to ensure the weight she is loosing is fat (and not also muscle)

I think adequate/minimum protein intake is usually stated to be about 1g per kg of body weight (some calculations have it slightly higher or lower). So, for example, if she is 80kg, she probably should be having 70-90g of protein a day at a minimum.

Fat is not a goal. She can eat as little or as much that is needed to keep her satiated. However, if fat loss is the goal, reducing dietary fat is important so that the body can burn its own fat rather than the fat being consumed.
