Macaroni and Cheese

I never made it to the store for my chunk of cheddar that I was going to melt with trisodium citrate, so I melted 4 slices American cheese(total 2 grams carbohydrate for all) with 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, heated the pasta, and stirred the cheese in.

Turned out WAY better than I expected. Only needed a bit of salt. Lol

Im scared to try any of the “noodles”. I’m so worried that they would make me totally cave on the real thing.

I believe Shirataki noodles, but I could be very wrong.
