Recently I’ve been experimenting with raw meat, I went from someone who liked my steak well done to now rare. Recently I have added raw cow bone marrow to my diet (it tastes like unsalted butter in my opinion, better raw than cook I feel) and for a while now been going back and forth about making myself some steak tartare. After watching the below video it has really inspired me to take the plunge.
