Hey I’m trying to help a friend find some possible info on success stories that involve ailments like lupus. Along with the scleroderma she has raynauds osteoporosis and copd. My question is can a ketogenic diet/Intermittent/extended fasting help reverse these conditions… would greatly appreciate any help
