Lunch box suggestions

My keto lunchbox food is below, about 1,000 calories. The jerky is a recent addition. It’s quick to prepare and keeps my stomach quiet until evening. I’d like a substitute for the nuts, they are convenient but my highest single source of carbs. So what substitutes have I overlooked?

Roast beef and cheese roll-ups.

Avocado, cube of Dubliner.

Pork rinds will give you the nice crunch and salt you would get from the nuts.

More meat.

Olives (if you like them) :slightly_smiling_face:

I finally found an affordable beef jerky made by a long time local meat company, Oscar Meyer. I could add more of that. As long as I’m working it’s affordable. Eventually I’d like to be making my own. I’d do fresh meat if I knew how to make keto bread or there was some product to buy. Another possibility is tuna salad but it’s time consuming to make and then I’m messing with containers. All finger food is nice for work.

I cooks extra back ribs, homemade meatballs or meatloaf using pork rinds, cheeseburger casserole.
