I whipped up 300 mls of thickened cream until stiff then added some low carb chocolate protein powder… came up nicely.
Then I screwed it up and added a non low carb choc powder. But lession learned PLUS next time I’ll add some vanilla essence as well.
The result for a half serve (which tasted fantastic) was:
10% carbs (if I had stuck at a single scoop of just the low carb stuff would have been a lot better)
11% protein
79% fat
650 kcals though so a quarter serve would be plenty
