This low carb study was referenced, at least

I saw a morning show on one of the networks with a nutritionist talking about the latest diet ā€œfadsā€ on 12/31 for the new year. Keto got the expected thumbs down as dangerous and unsustainable. She talked a lot about ā€œmindful eatingā€ which to me is keto. And she talked about the weight usually coming back when people return to their ā€œnormalā€ way of eating. She sounded foolish and naive.

The article just irritated me. Even though it referenced the low carb study, it marginalized the importance of the results and left the reader with the notion that carbs and fat are the same. This is why the carb delusion continues.

You mean she sounded vegan?

TBF, vegan is only a subset of the above.
