Keto is not high, but moderate protein. It is also surprisingly full of green veggies. The results may be addressing the high protein. Hmmmm

Yes, I noticed this too. That can make a big difference because protein cause an insulin response. Over eating it can be a big problem and alter results to be not in ones favor.
