Just made my second loaf of this bead it is amazing. I had to do a couple of adjustments as I used the bread maker.

I have been following fellow Aussie Megan Ellam for a while she has lost of great recipes and books.

I like this concept and have thought about it for a while without jumping in. Although I don’t think I had any gluten sensitivity I don’t know for sure. I have only had some a few times in the last nine months in the context of white flour. I wonder if there’s an underlying reason why gluten might be bad on a keto diet even though almost all the starch has been removed. I guess that I need to investigate it more, starting a thread now to see if other users know an answer. :cowboy_hat_face:
