I finally told my brother last night about my Keto diet, turns out he is already looking into a similar diet based on some book about fats. Anyway I sent him a picture of me,

Not sure if that’s a compliment or? It was just a face shot, I guess I am starting to look my age now that my face is returning to it’s natural state, botox here I come!
