Welcome to the forum
veggies don’t need no stinkin veggies
Steak n Eggs baby, Steak n Eggs
If you feel you have to eat veggies drown them in butter, bacon fat, sour cream, cheese, full fat ranch
keep it simple lots of fatty meat with lots of butter/fat

I actually follow a zero carb lifestyle also called carnivore. All I eat is meat usually red meat ( all self hunted, beef, elk, venison, self caught fish…crappie, bass northerns, walleye and catfish) I cook stuff in either coconut oil, butter or ghee. I sometimes have a little heavy cream but really limit my dairy. I was keto for over a year at one time and felt GREAT and lost 70 pounds but I have to say… zero carb has been AMAZING!!! My meals starting out were 10-16oz of what ever meat I was eating that day and 3-6 eggs twice per day. Now I do OMAD (one meal a day) and that consist of 24oz meat and 6 eggs. I also do Organ meat 2 times per week. I just got all my blood work done and a full check up last week and everything aside from vitamin D came back BEAUTIFUL! I live in northern Minnesota and work overnights so I was NOT surprised to hear that I was D deficient lol. I can not imagine eating any other way now that I have experience zero carb. Please do your own research and decide what will work best for you, also try different approaches… worst case scenario, you dont like it and can try something else. I would say what ever you try to give it a solid 1 month! There is SO MUCH info on this forum no matter what path you choose. Best of luck to you on your journey to the best version of yourself. Sorry for the long post btw.
this sounds like something I can do can you point me to a webpage or an area where I can read more and get a daily planner setup thanks
http://ryanmunsey.com/carnivore-diet/ there are others but I am at the end of my day and cant literally hold my eyes open anymore. Search out @amber and pick through her research and data. Maybe she might add some more experienced insight to this lifestyle as she has WAAAY more time in than I do. Also look up Dr. Shawn Baker… he has great info as well.
Many recipes are created on purpose with leftovers in mind. Some things don’t freeze well, but usually the poster says so. The drawback to not eating veggies for most comes down to (1) not being able to “go” or (2) not getting micronutrients. It’s up to you how to “fix” those issues; you can search the forum for info previously posted (this place is a TREASURE TROVE of information!). Your main focus to start - eat low carb, moderate protein (look up protein recommendations on keto calculators) and fat til you’re full/satisfied.
OH … you would be hard pressed to drink too much water on this WOE! Use LOTS of Lite Salt (salt+potassium), get a magnesium supplement as well as a mulitvitamin (I just use store brands), and drink a lot of water. I weigh 245 lb. & aim for at least 120 oz/day. #neededtoknowthisfirst
