Looking for a Swedish science article review on dietary studies

This english article references a Sweidish article on low carb diets.

The article it links to is entirely in Swedish. 2 year review covering 16 000 studies. It is called:
Swedish Council on Health Technology Assessment. Diet and obesity: a systematic review of the literature.

Does anyone know if there is an English version of it?
