I have been able to fast for 3 days but I would love to go for 5. Would anyone like to join me?
I’m officially starting tonight (Monday after dinner) through Saturday.

Hey Manson, I started a fast last sunday, I had my last meal at 10.00 PM and I want to do a 5 day fast as well. So far I’m doing ok, not that hungry which is nice How are you doing?
