Hello! I have started water fasting since yesterday. I did another 3 days a week ago. My goal is to lose 30 kilos with water fasting as many days as possible, keto diet for break when I can not stand… I am tired of years of trying different diets. I want to do something radical to change my life. After the Christmas table I made the decision and I hope to make it. I publish a table of results inspired by ron-coleman’s post. Where I have (-) I intend to measure. I will try to see what I can achieve.
