Well maybe and maybe not. I know a lot of “gluten free” products are actually “made with no gluten-containing ingredients” but is actually made in a facility and on equipment that also process wheat, oats, barley, etc so the product is not actually gluten free!

Organic - sure it means no artificial pesticide/fertilizer but that doesn’t mean no pesticide/fertilizer is used and plenty of organic stuff is not safe to digest. Just because it occurs in nature does not mean that it is safe. I know plenty of people who don’t wash their fruit/vegetables because it’s “organic” so they don’t need to. Hm. No.

Saw candy that stated “fat free!” Right…
Paleo, primal, fat free, and no added sugar really annoy me when I see them.
