Greetings! I have been successful with keto in the past, but blah, blah, insert excuse here has kept me from being dedicated to it over the last few months.
So, I’m starting over again with some 60-hour reboot thing my wife picked up. I haven’t taken supplements as a part of trying to boost keto before, so it will be interesting to see how well they work. Hopefully, the frightful pricetag of the things will be a motivator for me to stay with things.
I’m no spring chicken anymore, so I know that my health needs to be paramount. I don’t bounce back as fast as I used to. Shedding a pile of weight as a side-effect of that healthy lifestyle will also help my joint issues, so there’s a double bonus in it.
