As i really dont like drinking plain water is it ok to drink jugs of water with sliced llemons and limes in eat pls

Lime juice can have a lot of carbs, but unless you’re squeezing a bunch of limes in there, I don’t see how have a wedge or slice with a little squeezes into water could hurt.

My ketoaid used lots of fresh squeezed lemon juice, so I say have at it.

Since giving up milk I can’t live without lemon chunks in my green tea and it really dose kill my appetite

I love lemon in my water.

water is not the same without it, beautiful with ice on a hot day

Yep, really depends on how much juice you’re talking about. It can add up. Calculate the first batch or two - then you should be able to guesstimate after that to make sure it doesn’t add up to significant carbs.

(I always do a tsp of each along with my ACV before each meal, then my treat drink is a tsp of each in club soda - all of which are in a 500ml pint glass).

I was thinking of adding slices of lemon/lime to a jug of water though not tsp

Likely won’t add up to much - but “jug” isn’t exactly a precise measure either. If you were adding a slice of each to a mug of water and consuming 12 of them in a day, then it could add up.

Im making a jug so i can keep it in the fridge then pour into a glass as and when i need.I wont be eating the lemon or lime slices its just for flavour

the tiny amount of carbs in your water is worth the benefits

I mix up my keto-aide by the half gallon, and in each half gallon I use four sachets of True Lemon/Lime. Works for me. YMMV.
