I believe everybody on Keto should try this sumptuous food.

Ask your filipino friend to make you one. If you dont have a filipino friend, find one now! :joy:

A whole slab of pork belly seasoned with garlic, pepper, lemongrass. Baked 350 deg for 2 hours.

  • 1 slab 5 lbs. pork belly bones removed
  • 3 stalks lemongrass leaves
  • 3 pieces scallions
  • 1 small red onion sliced
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Only problem is that I’ve never in my life seen a five pound slab of pork belly for sale.

I’ve only gone in there a couple of times. Their meat department is a bit more adventurous than the white-bread supermarkets.
