Last 10lb!

Hi guys! Been on Keto since May 24, have lost 36lbs and am wanting to lose about 10-15 more to reach my goal (150-155).

I know I probably need to switch it up. I been stalling for about a month now. What kind of things did you do to shed the last 10-15? How did you switch things up? Exercise? Egg Fast? IF?

IF with some extended fasting got rid of my last 15 lbs.

Egg fasting helps me get through stalls.

i have not reached that last 15 pounds yet, but I found for me I break my stalls with a short extended fast. usually 2 days, working up to 3 now. And then follow that up with IF for 1-2 weeks. Then back to normal, and weight keeps going down. Have not tried an egg fast yet, but am intrigued by it.

I started skipping lunch (I never have breakfast), doing an intermittent fast during the day and that got me past my stall.
