The “listed” cost for 30 medium eggs at Kroger (at least in Hilliard, OH on Cemetery Road), is $6.40 or something, but it’s on sale with loyalty card for $1.45.
That’s a nickel per egg.

Not quite as cheap in MI, but still almost half what you list as the regular price. I normally get the 18 pack of the cage free, but since I eat about 56 eggs a week I might check out these 30 packs.
