I would be very interested in tracking my insulin with the test of Kraft, and I would be entirely satisfied with the value of insulin 2h after ingesting glucose. Which is easy to do, you pretend to do a fasting insulin test but 2h in advance you take your 75g of glucose.
But I don’t want to stay 2 weeks out of keto for this. 2 weeks is a long time…
Is there a way to avoid those 2 weeks?
