and they were talking about growing koji on a pork chop and then frying it up as very tasty alternative to bread crumbs.

- keto? I would assume it’s low carb as koji is a fungus and most mushrooms are low carb, but it’s grown on a rice flour coating that may or may not impact that.
Any info would be nice
