Kiss My keto Coffee Creamer

(Canadian Beauty) #1

I needed a replacement for the cream in my coffee(trying to go more dairy free) and have tried this product which I think is delicious! Do anyone have any thoughts on this item? The only thing is per serving it doesn’t have much fat.

MCT oil powder works well, the Quest one doesn’t have anything nasty added.

I have tried the MCT oil powder, had bought it to bring on vacation and tried it once thought it tasted gross.

I’ve only had the Quest one, unflavoured, and it seemed fine to me.

Have you tried coconut cream or coconut milk (the stuff in a can)? It does have a couple carbs but it is delicious and creamy…and more importantly dairy free.

Ditto for me. Trying to stop using cream in my coffee. I just ordered this same product As you last night from amazon.ca. I’m hoping I will enjoy it as much as you. My plan is to add an mct oil caplet into it (also from amazon). It looks like a fish oil capsule but disolves in coffee.

Oh hey Sidney yes I got mine from Amazon.ca too. Please let me know how the oil caplet goes, I might like to try it too.

Sure! I am new to coconut oil so will be starting with very little of it. The things I will do just to continue enjoying my morning coffee! Stopped with sweetener when starting keto not quite three weeks ago, so stopping cream too will be an adjustment. I hope the mct capsule and Kiss My Keto will be one more step to getting off dairy. I’ll let you know how it goes around the end of the month!
