Anyone using Kevin Roses’ new app called Zero- Fasting Tracker (free) iPhone (not sure about android)? I just downloaded and I can pick from Circadian Rhythm Fasting (Dr. Panda), or Custom Intermittent Fasting, or 5:2 fasting.
I just started using it on the Circadian Rhythm Fasting ( I’m a fan of Dr. Panda’s lab). I’ll let you know how it works in a week or so. Karen P.
