Anyone using Kevin Roses’ new app called Zero- Fasting Tracker (free) iPhone (not sure about android)? I just downloaded and I can pick from Circadian Rhythm Fasting (Dr. Panda), or Custom Intermittent Fasting, or 5:2 fasting.
I just started using it on the Circadian Rhythm Fasting ( I’m a fan of Dr. Panda’s lab). I’ll let you know how it works in a week or so.

Some didn’t allow editing, some weren’t even close to intuitive, some haven’t been updated in years, some simply didn’t live up to expectation…
. I’m trying to decide which on to try.
