I have lost 10lbs in 3weeks but I never register on my keto strips? My wife always is in ketosis? I am lifting weights 3 times per week! I’m guessing my fat% and protein% are my problem! I eat alot of meat! It scares me to eat so much fat? I am 256 right now and have been stuck here for a week! I believe I should have around 160grms of fat per day and around 80 grams of protein and 20 grams of carbs or less? I’m trying to get my weight to 225! Can anyone give me advise? Thanks Jim

Yeah, what Allie said! Especially if you’re working out! Ketostix measure unused ketones that spill out in your urine. If you’re exercising, you probably don’t have any excess or unused ketones.

Get on with it. Lighten up on the protein, and chomp down that fat. 
Forget about the pee sticks. Focus on filling your macros with real foods.
