Ketone levels too high?

Hello to all. I will be on my 3rd week of this diet tomorrow. I am a 44 year old male and started at 166 and now I am down to 158.
I been keeping track of my Ketone levels and they fluctuate between 2.5 up to 5.5. Using the precision Neo for testing.
Trying to figure out if I am being too strict and maybe I should introduce some fruits to my diet to lower these levels.

This post by @richard has references to help you understand why your ketone are not too high and will likely lower as you adapt. I personally would not add fruit, you want to keep your insulin lower if you’re goals include improving insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, etc…
