Hi all. I just started measuring my ketones with Keto Mojo ( blood sample)
Can someone please explain these findings
Prior to meal reading of 1.8 ( very proud of this one. Fasted state of 2 days ) then I eat chicken pho, no noodles , just string beans. 40 min later I test my ketones and the reading is 0.4??? Next day my morning reading was 1.1
What happened ? Did I get kicked out of ketosis after that meal? Am I sensitive to chicken broth? Or chicken?
I read that ketones go down after each meal. So what’s the point of using Keto mojo? How do you utilize the measurements to find food sensitivities? Ideally, I would like to enjoy a glass of red wine once in a while but still stay in ketosis.
