I like to fast most of the day. First meal around earliest 3, go til 5,6, or 7 even later pretty easily. I have been doing this for years.
Getting super hungry after first meal. Might look like meatloaf (no added carbs other than salsa) with brussel sprouts and spinach with butter, evoo, coconut oil and ACV… which I drink the leavings of, yum.
In an hour looking for cheese, salami… Finally I had way too much pepitos last night…
This seems normal from what I’ve read so far, because I have been calorie restricting? More fat right??? Will 3/4 cup of pepitos ruin keto? Am I surely in it? Metal taste, thirsty, Ugh.
My goals according to some website calculator are
18 carbs
114 fat
82 protein
I have averaged over 8 days: 1191 cal and 16 carbs
Would like to lose 10 lbs. 5’6 135 lifting pretty regularly have gained muscle over the past couple weeks. Not worried about scale #'s, don’t even own one.
Thoughts from experience?
