I hugged the 2KetoDudes! I researched keto for at least a year; Richard and Carl were the ones that convinced me to jump off the carb pier and swim in the keto wonders. I’m a year into keto this month, this was an amazing keto anniversary gift to meet the 2KetoDudes :sunglasses::grinning:
