I recently began making 24 oz of ketoaide to cure my headaches but I still have a mild headache. How long does it take to make an effect? Should I have another 24 oz?

Did you just start keto? In the beginning, even with ketoade, you’ll still have a little bit of a headache due to the fuel conversion going on.

Im on week two and my headache has gotten better but I still have a little

Eat more salt.

It can take another week or so to lose the headaches and other symptoms. Varies with individuals. Keep doing what you’re doing.
