I’ve just restarted Zumba, and am going for my certification for Zumba instructor tomorrow, and do all my workouts totally keto, and even semi- fasted ( I’ll have a couple bites of chicken and a celery stick or the like before). I outdance the younger gals (I am 55 with 6 surgeries behind me), and recover in 20 minutes. And no, this isn’t Zumba Gold! It’s full on, high impact, hip- grinding madness!

I made it! 8 hours straight…equivalent to 4 one hour classes! Whew! And while everyone else was carbing up at lunch, I munched on a couple ounces of cheese and turkey and a celery stick. And never missed a beat! Bring it on!
