how fast can i get into ketosis ?
if someone kicked out of ketosis he can get faster to ketosis?
how to know if i am in ketosis ? can i test that ? (heard that maybe the diabetic sugar test works?
is there any videos that explain keto with drawings etc, ?
best meat , spices , veggies , fruits and nuts for kito ?
