I’ve NOT gone back to carbs. I do “feel” good but I would like to feel I’m shrinking. I try not to focus on the scale. I’m trying to focus on the way my clothing fits. Nothing is changing. My other half is doing this with me and she is very discouraged. I don’t want to stop but I don’t know why I’m not going down in weight or inches. I’m trying to limit my protein now but don’t really know where I should be. I believe in the concept of this way of eating I just cannot get it right. Does anyone have a magic wand?

Yes, it’s called tracking your food intake.

If you’re doing this, what is it showing?

Second magic wand - making sure you’re eating enough. Strangely, tracking is also a must here, so maybe it’s just a wand extension.

I noticed that although I was under 20 on my carbs I wasn’t taking in enough
