I would be like “That is lovely, put it in the fridge, I will eat it at 1pm, thank you, but not atm.” I am not messing up my 20:4 IF -not even for ribs =).

Hahaha., it was the first time that came to mind; as there is no way I would eat in the middle of the night!

Haha I immediately thought about fasting too. But it still made me laugh. Mmm meat.

Back when I was super fit, and doing Paleo, I paid very little attention to my meal timing, except that I preferred to eat my biggest meal for dinner, even if it were at midnight, because I’d eat such a huge dinner, my belly would pop out from under my ribs, and I’d be embarassed to go out in public. Plus I was eating 4 full blown meals a day.
Back then, I’d have eaten a plate of ribs at 3am if someone had brought them to me :smiley: lol

Food volume is not a problem now though, not only because of the stuff I’m eating, but also, because I’m only eating about 2000 cals a day, vs the 4000-5500 I used to eat.
