I’ve typically just added the coconut oil although I know some use MCT Oil in addition.

I didn’t really see much difference in my mental clarity with the MCT oil vs coconut oil, so I switched back to coconut oil. I like the taste and I like that it is less processed.

Bought myself a present BACONBOSS microwave Bacon maker can never have to many ways to cook bacon, going to have to find a solar Bacon maker just in case I ever need to go off the grid

how’d you do the eggs? I’ve read mixed reviews, I’d just as soon get it right the first time. TIA

I put about a cup of water in the bottom, put in the metal rack, and loaded up the eggs. This is a blog post that I followed that showed the time for how well you want them done.
