Oh my gosh my keto pizza came out so great and fantastic I swear you would never even know that it was made with cauliflower it was perfect

If you want to change things up, you can use a spaghetti squash as the pizza crust.

Wow I did not know that you can use spaghetti squash. This was literally my first time making the keto cauliflower pizza and it came out fantastic!

I used half of a head of cauliflower, I processive in my food processor, to the consistency of rice. Then I cooked it in a non-stick skillet with no oils or anything for about 5 minutes. Then I let it sit at room temperature for around 10 minutes. And then I put it into a medium towel and squeeze all the juice out. Once I squeezed out all the juice out, then I added one egg, and one handful of shredded mozzarella cheese . I mixed all of this up for about 2 minutes and placed it on my next parchment paper and created a circle like a pizza. I bake it in the oven at 350 for 10 minutes until it was golden brown. Then I added my homemade pizza sauce a little bit of mozzarella pepperoni slices and any type of vegetables I want it and I cook for another 10 minutes let it sit for about 15 minutes and enjoy

i use 1 lb hot sausage with 1 cup mozzerella and 1egg for the pizza crus.t cook for 10 min between 2 pizza pans lined parchment then cook 10 min uncovered. ready to dress your pizza accordingly
