Keto monitors in canada and dairy in my case

(Jean) #1

I live in Canada and don’t really want to drive to the USA to pick up a keto mojo but will if the only way. I saw there is a Precision Neo here but can’t find many reviews and says strips are more expensive. And info would be great.

Don’t know if this will help anyone, but was in a bit of a stal. For about two weeks I would be down about a pound a week. Still good but a little disappointing. This week so far ( 4 days ) I am down 3lbs and all I have done is give up sweetener and really the only diary is a little cheese. I do miss my heavy cream on cauliflower and a little cheese sauce for broccoli. Any one else find better results with less cream and sweetener. Or maybe its just the sweetener. ( I hope)

Trust me that’s not a stall, most people go months and months without any movement of weight loss!

Stall was the wrong word. I was just slowing down while increasing walkingvand gym stair climbers .

Sometimes the gym will slow you because you are building muscle, it’s not really slowing down weight loss but building muscle weighs more than fat!

I use a precision xtra that I purchased on Ebay. I also buy strips on Ebay and they are about 1 dollar per test strip.

I have a keto mojo that I bought through Amazon. The precsion and mojo strips are both $1 per strip and they share the same accuracy rating. The only difference between the two is that mojo uses less blood. Ultimately, I went with the keto mojo because I didn’t really want to support pharma. I like my mojo, easy to use, never disappointed.

the gym is mostly cardio and a few machine no more free weights as I’m older and don’t want the injuries and pain
