I’m new to the whole keto diet (but not low carb) and I’ve been doing good so far. Only on day 2 but it’s getting easier. I have a craving for those mini party pizzas (ground beef, italian sausage, velveeta, and worchestershire sauce) but I’m wondering if there is a healthy keto way to make them. I don’t like red meat or pork and I figured I could substitute the ground beef with ground turkey but wasn’t sure about the sausage. For day 2, I feel great. I feel lighter, more energized, less hungry and excited about the future. Any ideas? Thanks

One option is to purchase pizza from the “Real Good” Pizza Co. Their Supreme Pizza (~ 7 inch diameter) contains 2 servings, with each serving containing a total of 4 grams of carbs (260 kcal). The crust is made from chicken breast with parmesan cheese. If you Google “Real Good Pizza”, there is a link where they are available in your area.
