Hola Adriana, I am an expat of Estados unidos and have lived in Guanajuato City since 2016. I started Keto in 2018 and have lost 80 pounds. Some Keto products are starting to show up here in HEB and other shops. I have no problem eating Keto here…I love this WOE. I hope you are continuing to enjoy the Keto lifestyle. I speak a little Spanish but it is so hard for me as a “senior”. LOL
